Café Bel Étage is exactly that kind of place. High ceilings, soft lighting, elegant fabrics, a blend of Viennese tradition and French lightness. This visual effect is precisely what makes a perfect aesthetic café for me. That’s why the Palm House stands out so clearly among Vienna’s many cafés. I especially love it in spring and summer—when everything is green and the sun streams through the glass walls. But it works in every season, really.
