„All it takes are a few simple outfits. And there´s one secret – the simpler the better.“ – Cary Grant, 5 outfits

Galicia Nueva Castle sounds like something out of an old fairytale—and that’s exactly how last weekend felt. It was like traveling through time and space, a little bit of Sissi, a little bit of modern cottagecore. And of course, I had to take this opportunity to show off my favorite outfits. 5 looks, 5 moods—and all somehow perfect for this special place.
Look 1:
Grey knit dress with a castle chic
The first day was gray and slightly hazy – but in the most beautiful way. The perfect moment for my gray A-line knit dress. Soft, warm, and at the same time so elegant that I almost felt like a modern lady-in-waiting. I love this cut because it can do it all: accentuate the waist, sway slightly when walking, and has that subtle „I’m elegant without trying“ vibe.
Strolling through the palace gardens with a coffee in hand, along the long avenues, and the dress just fit the mood perfectly. Gray may not be the loudest color, but that’s precisely why it’s so classy. Especially in this setting, it felt like a statement – quiet but confident.

Look 2:
Blue knit dress & small heels – classic with a twist
For dinner that evening, I wanted a bit more drama—but my way. I chose a long blue knit dress. The color? A deep midnight blue that played with the candlelight in the hall.
I paired it with my little heels, which provided just the right mix of chic and comfortable (because let’s be honest—lock or no lock, I’m not one for sore toes).
The dress had such a lovely weight to it that it actually swayed when I walked. I felt like I was in an old movie scene. Somewhere between Grace Kelly and „just me with a glass of white wine in my hand.“

Look 3:
Ballerina dreams in brown with sun hat flair
Saturday was golden. The kind of day when the sun streams through the window and you know you absolutely have to get outside. My favorite look of the weekend: a brown ballerina dress, the same heels as the night before, a black vest, and—my personal highlight—a brown sun hat.
I don’t know what it is, but this outfit had such a „I’m at a romantic country estate waiting for a picnic“ vibe.
The vest grounded the look a bit—without it, it would have been almost too sweet. It had just the right balance of playful and cool.

Strappy midi dress:

Look 4:
White blouse, leggings & castle adventure
Sunday was all about exercise. After breakfast, we wanted to get out immediately – explore the area, stroll through the park, discover hidden corners. And for that, I clearly needed one thing: comfort.
So I opted for my tried-and-true combination: simple leggings and a white blouse. The blouse was loose, lightly buttoned, and still created that tidy look I love. Not a major fashion moment – but that was exactly the point.
It was the look for long walks, for spontaneous photo opportunities, for all the little adventures that arise when you just go for it. And somehow, it was the perfect finale to a weekend that will stay with me for a long time.

Look 5:
Pleated skirt flair with satin mules
In between, I felt like something elegant with a touch of playfulness. I wore my long, black pleated skirt – the kind of piece that always resonates and almost has its own personality. I paired it with a simple white, long-sleeved shirt – clean, calm, timeless.
The icing on the cake? My satin mules with a bow. Feminine, charming, a small detail that gave the outfit just the right twist. A look that screams „sitting on the steps of a castle in the afternoon reading a novel“ – and I mean that in the absolute best sense.
